  1. General & Disclaimer

    1. In these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Legends” means Legends Global Hospitality Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 663 289 218) who are appointed by Cricket Australia (ABN 53 006 089 130) to manage the Website (as defined below in paragraph 2.1).
    2. This Website is a channel for customers to place orders for products we have available for purchase.
    3. While we endeavour to ensure the functionality of our Site, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws:
      1. we in no way guarantee uninterrupted access to our Site or the security of our Site.
      2. we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the elements and/or information published on our Site; and
      3. we disclaim liability for any damage whatsoever, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages and/or loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data or information that may result from access to our Site and the use of all or part of the elements or information contained on our Site.
    4. Illustrations and photos on our Site are sample representations of the products advertised; variations may occur from time to time and from store to store.
    5. While the information on the Website is believed to be accurate and current, it is provided by Legends in good faith on an "as is" basis. Legends, its directors, officers or employees make no representation or warranty as to its reliability, accuracy or completeness, and accept no responsibility for errors or omissions (including negligence).
    6. You may have rights under Australian Consumer Law, and these T&Cs do not exclude any rights you have under it or any applicable state/territory legislation.
    7. To the extent the content of the website does not satisfy the laws of a country other than Australia, it is not directed to persons in those countries and they should not use the website.
  2. Acceptance

    1. The www.shop.cricket.com.au website and online store (collectively, the “Website”) is licensed and operated by Legends.
    2. Access and use of the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these T&Cs. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to the T&Cs.
    3. Legends reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated T&Cs. The current T&Cs will always be available on the homepage.
    4. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
  3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

    1. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges may be extra.
    2. Any order placed is an offer to purchase a product at the price shown at the time of ordering, including applicable charges. Orders are only accepted upon email confirmation.
    3. Legends reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or order errors.
    4. Prices and charges may change at any time and are subject to availability. You won’t be charged more than the listed price at the time of order without your agreement.
    5. Website pricing may differ from in-store pricing and is not transferable between them.
    6. Prices include GST at 10%. You are responsible for any other government taxes or duties, including customs charges.
  4. Delivery & Tracking

    1. We deliver worldwide. Contact support@shop.cricket.com.au for large orders. Orders ship from Melbourne, Australia.
    2. We aim to dispatch orders within two business days. Delivery is estimated at 5–10 working days within Australia and 10–15 days internationally.
    3. Express Post orders are treated as priority. For urgent delivery assistance, email us.
    4. We recommend delivery to a home or work address as a signature is required. Australia Post does not leave parcels unattended.
    5. If delivery is unsuccessful multiple times, your parcel may be returned. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend.
    6. We are not liable for delivery delays from third parties, including weather, peak periods, or customs.
    7. Domestic shipments include tracking and confirmation emails.
    8. International orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking provided.
  5. Delivery Charges

    1. Freight charges are calculated at checkout.
    2. Free freight does not apply to Express or international deliveries.
    3. Bulky items may incur extra fees. We will contact you if this applies.
    4. International customers are responsible for customs or duty charges. Use a duty tax calculator to check expected fees.
  6. Payment

    1. Payment is required during checkout and before order processing. You can cancel before final payment.
    2. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and gift vouchers valid for our Website.
    3. International orders are charged in AUD. GST is included where required. Refunds are processed by The NRL Stores Pty Ltd.
    4. Gift vouchers must be treated like cash. They are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable. Valid for 3 years.
    5. Only one gift voucher may be used per transaction.
  7. Risk and Title

    1. Ownership remains with Legends until full payment is received, but risk passes to you upon delivery.
    2. You should consider purchasing suitable delivery insurance.
  8. Returns and Refunds

    1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a credit note.
    2. Return items unused, in original packaging, and at your expense via registered post. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
    3. No returns on customised items unless faulty.
    4. Refunds/replacements are provided for items with major problems including:
      • Problem that would stop a buyer if they knew about it.
      • Item is unsafe or faulty.
      • Item differs significantly from its image or description.
      • Item doesn’t perform as expected and cannot be fixed easily.
    5. If the issue is minor, we will repair it. If not repaired in reasonable time, you may request a refund or replacement.
    6. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  9. Cancellations and Loss or Damage in Transit

    1. Contact us immediately to cancel your order. If not yet dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
    2. If dispatched, you are responsible for return shipping. Items must be in unused, original condition.
    3. If items arrive late or damaged, or do not arrive, contact us promptly.
    4. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
  10. Intellectual Property

    1. All content on the Site is owned or licensed by us.
    2. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our written permission.
    3. You may store or print content only for personal use in viewing and purchasing Products.
    4. Trademarks on the Site are protected and cannot be used without permission.

    1. You may be asked to provide personal information, which will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
    2. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on data use and storage.
  12. Registration

    1. You may register an account before placing orders. Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
    2. Only one active account per person is allowed. You may manage your account via the Site.
    3. If using a work email, ensure you comply with your workplace's policies.
  13. Sale and Promotion Terms and Conditions

    If you purchase a product subject to a sale or promotion, the promotion terms and conditions will apply and take precedence over any inconsistent clause in these Terms and Conditions.
