Returns Policy
At The Official Cricket Shop, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back for a refund (excluding delivery).
Here are our simple rules of return:
- You have 30 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our warehouse.
- Items were not on Sale at the time of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
You will not be able to change your mind and return Products that:
- have been manufactured according to specifications, instructions, or designs requested by you, or that have been customized by you.
- If you purchase a product subject to a sale or promotion, the promotion terms and conditions will apply and take precedence over any inconsistent clause in this Returns Policy.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer store credits. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days from receipt of the goods.
