At The Official Cricket Shop, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back for a refund (excluding delivery).
Here are our simple rules of return:
- You have 30 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our warehouse.
- Items were not Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
- Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund for change of mind.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer store credits. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days from receipt of the goods.

To exchange an order, please return your original item (see “Returns”) and then place a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.
