CRICKET 24 GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- INTRODUCTION
By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
The promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the promotion, excluding employees of Legends Global Hospitality Australia Pty Ltd (“Legends”), its group companies, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion (including those who work at Cricket Australia who are in anyway involved or affiliated) and any member of their respective immediate families.
Entry opens on 9:01 (AEST) on 28th March and closes at 23.59 (AEST) on 7th April (AEST time) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible to win a prize.
- ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
To enter the promotion, you will need to purchase Cricket 24 for Xbox, PS4 or PS5 on https://shop.cricket.com.au/
Customers can only enter once and multiple purchases of Cricket 24 do not count for multiple entries.
- WINNERS
At the end of the Promotion Period, all eligible entries will be counted and a list of participants will be created.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 8th April 2024 by a randomised computer programme.
The winner will be notified by email (using the email address submitted by the entrant in their online entrant form) and will be asked to respond to the email within 24 hours confirming acceptance of the Prize.
- THE PRIZES
There is one prize available to be won. The prize consists of a shirt of your choice which is in stock on https://shop.cricket.com.au/ up to the value of $130 (the “Prize”).
- CONDITIONS
In the event that Legends is unable to contact a winner within 24 hours of the relevant draw, Legends reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner selected at random.
The Prize will be shipped by Legends within 72 hours of the winner specifying the shirt they’d like to claim as their prize.
The Prize is subject to availability, has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Legends reserves the right to substitute a gift card prize of equal value if your chosen jersey is not available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Legends, the Pprize will only be awarded to the winner.
The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity as may be required by Legends in respect of the promotion.
No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.
All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
Legends reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
(a) verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence);
(b) disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who Legends believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
(c) disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf; and
(d) disqualify any participant posting an entry or a comment to a relevant social media page that is, in Legends’ opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other participants, fans of Legends, the DP World Tour or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such entry or comment.
- LIABILITY
The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook (or any other social media platform). Participants acknowledge that Facebook (or any other social media platform) shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
Subject to the paragraph below, if Legends fails to comply with these terms and conditions, it will be responsible for loss or damage participants suffer that is a foreseeable result of Legends’ breach of these terms and condition. Legends is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Legends accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.
- GENERAL

Legends reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by Legends for the purposes of administering and managing the promotion and the award of the Prize (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of a participant. Legends is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at https://shop.cricket.com.au/pages/privacy-policy
By entering the promotion each participant gives Legends permission to publish their surname and county of residence if they are a winner of one of the prizes unless the participant notifies Legends that they do not wish us to make these details available. Please note that Legends will nonetheless be required to provide the names of all prize winners to the Advertising Standard Authority if requested to do so.
Any images are an illustrative example and do not show the exact Prize.
The promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law and participants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in the Australian courts.
